Bhagavad-Gita As It Is
Translating as the 'Song of God', this scripture is directly spoken by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna, instructing His warrior disciple Arjuna on the process of understanding the Supeme Absolute Truth by devotional service. Spoken just prior to the battle of Kuruksetra, it's 700 verses delineate the paths of Karma-yoga, Dhyana-yoga, to the topmost stage, Bhakti-yoga through which one can directly experience his eternal relationship with the Supeme Lord. Authoritatively translated as it is, without mental speculation or distortion, this book offers the definitive preliminary understanding of spiritual knowledge.
