Sri Narasimha Chaturdashi is the celebration of the divine appearance day of Lord Narasimhadeva. Lord Narasimhadeva is the half-man half-lion form of Krishna, who appeared in order to protect his devotee Prahlada and vanquish the demon Hiranyakashipu.
